Responsibility: You realize that although you may not be able to change the situation itself, you can change the way you relate to the situation, by changing how you think and feel about it; this represents a responsibility to yourself to look at the bigger picture of life and put things in perspective for the greater good.

Adaptive Coping: Rather than trying to control things that are in fact beyond your control, you focus on concrete actions within your control.

Mindful Attention: You can listen mindfully to others, giving them your full undivided attention.

Sufficient Life Domains: Remember, not all your needs can be satisfied in a single life domain. Therefore, you make sure there are enough life domains in your life to meet all your needs.

Think about it…. this acronym is very important to keep in mind as we navigate our own permanent vitality path!

Remember this action quote: "While intent is the seed of manifestation, action is the water that nourishes the seed. Your actions must reflect your goals in order to achieve true success."– Steve Maraboli
